Home-based care for AIDS patients

Enhancing home based care services

Care to terminally ill - most often due to AIDS - shall be improved. caretakers are usually relatives or persons living in the same household as the affected.
Caregivers receive tools and knowledge in courses and during assistance at home from our partner organization. Often they are not aware of the disease transmission. It is the aim to curb the transmission due to lack of knowledge.
This program builds on improvements to the community that have been achieved thanks to the project "Clean water for 95 families".
