Propagation of a holistic treatment and homeopathy in Swaziland

Swaziland Homeopathy Project II

Due to the considerable success in the treatment of patients with homeopathic methods and to the cood cooperation with the local partner, sahee increased its support to this intervention.
On one hand, the ongoing treatment through mainly volunteer staff (though most foreign) will be continued. The study that can be downloaded from the archive proved a marked improvement of the patients wellbeing thanks to the treatment. Homeopathic medicine proved to reduce ailments that are often due to AIDS or to Anti-Retrovirals (ARV) which have to be taken by AIDS-Patients in order to keep them alive and fairly healthy. The doctors make sure the patients get good homeopathic medicine and that they keep taking the ARVs.
On the other hand the project will select a few Swazi Medical Doctors to become Homeopaths by sending them to a reputable African University for Homeopathy. Those who will receive this education commit themselves to work for the Swazi Homeopathy Project upon their return to Swaziland.
By training local practitioners in Homeopathy, more Swazi will benefit from this kind of treatment in the future.
