Applications for Funding

Thank you for your interest in sahee foundation.

The following main requirements must be met for applying to sahee foundation:

• The applicant must be a non-governmental organisation based in Peru or Eswatini.
• The project to be funded by sahee is related to at least one of the following fields: agriculture, health, environment, education.
• The applicant must be able to elaborate a budget, a log frame (or comparable instrument) and a monitoring- and evaluation plan.
• For first-time applicants, the project budget must not exceed CHF 10’000.- and the duration must not exceed 1 year.

Application process

1. Applications are welcome at any time.
2. As a first step, a brief description of the organization and the project to be funded must be submitted (1-2 pages).

3. If the project meets the above-mentioned requirements and is consistent with sahee's current geographical focus, we inform the applicant about the next steps.
4. Prior to a formal application, we meet with the organization on site in Peru or Eswatini.
5. Following a positive impression during the on-site visit, a formal application can be submitted to the sahee board. We will send the forms and support the applicant throughout the process. The sahee board evaluates project applications four times a year.
